COMPLEX CUSTOMER REGISTRATION APP

Our client's goal was to make it easier and more appealing for young people to get a race car license. To achieve this, we developed a custom online application to replace the outdated paper process.

A new user can create an account, fill and edit his or her profile (age, gender etc.), upload a profile photo, and enter contact details. To complete the form, the applicant must go through the following steps:

1. Choose Grade
2. Fill out medical form and upload medical documents
3. Select kart number
4. Fill forms with proof of experience and age
5. Choose additional options
6. Pay for license and choose delivery method.

We also developed a dashboard for staff, where they can check information about applicants, verify documents, issue licenses, and see when they have expired. All previous information is stored and archived. Staff members with admin privileges can also edit user's profiles.
