Our team members love working remotely for our innovative company, yet they also value our virtual and live team building activities we host on an on-going basis!We are looking for a Project Manager that will become a part of our strong software development and BA (Business Analytics) team. We always apply new tech stack and manage several projects simultaneously, so you won't be bored.What you are going to do:
Responsible for managing many projects simultaneously, including day-to-day interaction with the development and BA team.Establishing project and scope definition.Supporting client facing team members and assisting in the planning and quoting for projects, including developing roadmaps and helping reduce or manage backlogs.Communication of project progress to client and management, when necessary.Lead status meetings (daily for internal meetings and periodically with clients) and coordinate action plans and/or changes to project documentation, when necessary.What we expect from a candidate:
3-5 years' project management experience in software development.1-3 years' Agile / Scrum experience.Good English Written and Oral Communication skills.Strong communicator, ability to brainstorm in a group and problem solve.Excellent leadership skills, Experience in leading and working with remote teams.Enjoys working in a team environment.Ability to handle high pressure situations with very tight turnaround requirements.Productivity focused: Able to manage and oversee a high volume of tasks on a daily basis.What we offer:
